This philosophy inspired the launch of Allegiant for a Cause, an initiative dedicated to supporting worthy charitable organizations, driven by client referrals and feedback. Over the years, client partnerships and referrals have been pivotal in helping us grow and deepen client satisfaction. With a focus on client-driven growth and a commitment to making a positive impact, we launched Connections for a Cause and Feedback for a Cause.
When a client refers a connection to Allegiant, and that referral results in a meeting with our team, we make a $50 donation to a worthy local non-profit. This approach reflects our commitment to fostering connections and creating positive change, turning client engagement into a force for good.
Connections for a Cause enables us to engage in meaningful community giving while empowering our clients to contribute to these efforts through their referrals.

Hope House’s Mission is to break the cycle of domestic violence by providing safe refuge and supportive services that educate and empower those impacted by domestic violence. Hope House will advocate social change that protects and engenders a person’s right to live a life free of abuse.
Every day, Missourians are denied the basic rights to which they are entitled under the law simply because they can’t afford an attorney. We’re on a mission to change that! The availability of free civil legal aid can make all the difference to our neighbors who are fighting to stay in their homes, escape domestic violence, secure veterans’ benefits or address many other legal challenges that go to the heart of their security and well-being. We serve 40 counties in Missouri where approximately 300,000 individuals experience poverty — most of whom you will never meet or even know. But they are a lot like you. They have families, hopes and dreams. They are your neighbors. They live in the communities you call home.
Established in Kansas City, Missouri, by a group of combat Veterans, Veterans Community Project (VCP) provides high quality and well-developed strategic services that enable Veterans to meet the challenges of day-to-day living, resolve immediate crises, and move towards permanent stability. VCP’s solution is simple: provide Veterans with a home of their own and individualized, wraparound support services that not only help get them back on their feet but ensure they continue standing.
The Kansas City Autism Training Center (KcATC) is committed to helping people on the autism spectrum fulfill their potential through ethical, evidence-based treatment, education, and training. Kansas City Autism Training Center (KcATC) is a private, childcare facility specializing in the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. KcATC uses Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to optimize learning environments for children with autism spectrum disorders.
The purpose of KC Pet Project is to provide sheltering and animal services to the community of Kansas City, MO by placing pets into homes with families, enhancing public safety through animal control services, being a resource to people and pets in our community, reuniting lost pets with their owners, establishing pet retention programs, providing humane education opportunities, and enriching the lives of pets and people in Kansas City to build up and support a more safe and humane Kansas City. We are reimagining the role of animal services in our community.
Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care thoughtfully designs our programs to give families the peace of mind to walk together with their loved ones through the end-of-life journey, and through the grief and healing process. We provide expertise, perspective, innovative local leadership, education, and solutions around end-of-life issues facing the greater Kansas City community.
Harvesters is a regional food bank serving a 27 county area of northwestern Missouri and northeastern Kansas. Harvester’s mission is to mobilize the power of our community to create equitable access to nutritious food and address the root causes and impact of hunger. Their vision is a healthy, thriving community where no one is hungry. In addition, Harvester’s provides education programs to increase community awareness of hunger and teach about the importance of good nutrition. Harvester’s is a certified member of Feeding America, a nationwide network of more than 200 foodbanks.

Community Network for Behavioral Health is a collaborative organization dedicated to enhancing mental health services through partnership and advocacy. By bringing together providers, stakeholders, and resources, they work to improve access to quality behavioral health care, promote best practices, and support the well-being of individuals and families in the community. Their initiatives focus on strengthening networks, increasing awareness, and driving meaningful change in mental health care.
